School Proposes 'No Divorce' Policy

EDMOND, Okla. -- An Oklahoma university has proposed a policy that would allow officials to fire employees who get a divorce, Oklahoma City television station KOCO reported.

Oklahoma Christian University is already getting some attention for a letter it sent to faculty that stated:

"Because the Christian mission of the university is most effectively fulfilled through mentoring and example, all married faculty and staff should strive to model (healthy) marriages to students."

Wow - we're closer and closer to an official Theocracy everyday. It's amazing.

There's been a notable swing of Christian power in the last 5 years. It is absolutely frightening.

I would much prefer if faculty members displayed all aspects of relationships, and the best way of dealing them, - including relationship breakdown. I wonder how those who are having difficulty with relationships feel about themselves when they are always surrounded by smug, self-satified pompous people who always seem so perfect.
